Nude Yoga in Philadelphia

Class Description:

This is an open-level vinyasa-style Nude yoga class for all body types.

Class will be held in a private loft in the Northern Liberties area of Philadelphia.

Class Description:

This class will build heat, endurance, flexibility, and strength in a supportive body-positive environment, encouraging the link between mindful body movement and the breath. This is meant to be a slow flow with emphasis on pranayama (breathing) and a restorative portion at the end of class.
