I'm teaching a (clothed & coed) online yoga class for the Braking AIDS Ride group and wanted to invite YOU!

This will be a 1 hour fairly basic yoga class ONLINE.

For those of you that don't know the Braking AIDS Ride, (www.brakingaidsride.org) this September will be my 10th (good heavens!) time riding 300+ miles (100+ each ride in a red frock of some sort) to raise money for folks living with HIV/AIDS. This is an AMAZING ride and truly ANYONE can participate (it's fully supported (insert jock strap joke here).

Proceeds from the ride benefit Housing Works (https://www.housingworks.org) which is a truly phenomenal organization that provides shelter and services to folks living with HIV/AIDS... and lately providing free PPE to any medical workers. They're heroes!
