I am thrilled to announce that I have finalized a life-changing retreat in the jungle of Costa Rica (near Uvita)!

JOIN US FOR TOUCH, TANTRA, MOVEMENT, BREATH, and CONNECTION, as we explore pleasure and desire.

I will be teaching with the amazing Ed Swaya, author of Sex, Death and Tantra: How Sex Changed My Life After Death.

Together we will explore touch, Tantra principles and practices, movement, transformational Breathwork, and the interplay of pleasure, desire, and touch and its profoundly healing impact on our lives. We will explore the healing power of pleasure.

We gather and live in community for six days in the lush and stunningly beautiful Diamante Valley of Costa Rica. Our daily routines will center rest, play, meditation, movement, breathwork, erotic play and discussion. We invite you to leave inhibitions and expectations and judgements behind and explore freedom through movement, stillness, and play.

The purpose is to provide men an opportunity to commune, grow and explore with other men in order to facilitate healing and wholeness in our own lives, using sexuality, movement and breath. Oh, and for us to have fun!

As a group, we will explore Tantric principles and practices, oneness, sensuality and sexuality. Some of our favorite topics include: what is Tantra anyway? What is energy in our bodies? What is erotic energy? Can I trust my sexual desires? Is offering and accepting erotic touch okay with me? How does movement and breathwork anchor us in our bodies? What is an erotic practic that I am curious to explore? What am I afraid of as I move and play with other men?

The retreat will incorporate movement, touch, meditation, erotic experimentation, and alignment into the retreat in order to increase self awareness, acceptance, and capacity for joy and pleasure. The retreat will incorporate transformational breathwork to facilitate openness and letting go of outdated ideas about ourselves, our sexuality and our queer lives.

A typical day will begin with movement, breathwork, and meditation followed by a light breakfast. We will then gather for our morning whole group activity which will vary between Tantra principles and practices, along with yogic principles and practices. We will then have an extended lunch break to relax, have some quiet time for reflection, get to know other retreat-goers, and to enjoy the many hikes and waterfalls on the grounds. The later afternoon session will be similar to the morning whole group gathering with a combination of talk, body exploration, and other activities geared towards fun, playfulness, exploration, and self awareness.

This retreat is geared to men interested in learning more about the healing power of pleasure. Men who want to be more at ease in their bodies and want to be more erotically present for themselves and for others are welcome here. If you want to break out of old patterns and self-defeating ideas about yourself and others, this might be a good place to explore. If you have been curious about Tantra and have a hunch that Tantra is much more than receiving an erotic massage, this might be a place to explore.
