Enjoy a retreat at a private residence on a lake in northern NJ.
FRIDAY EVENING:
Opening Circle
SATURDAY:
3 Practices including a mix of clothing optional yoga, mindfulness, partner work and massage.
SUNDAY MIDDAY:
Closing Practice
The weekend will also encompass strength and cardiovascular training.
Optional additional evening on the 23rd with morning practice on the 24th.
